Aufgaben

• Team collaboration: You will be a fully integrated member of our experienced and agile BI team, working closely with IT, product/partner management, and finance to continuously improve our automation, accounting and reporting systems (Tableau)
• Project Management: You will make a valuable contribution to the integration of new API data sources and the development of new data analytics features (e.g. pricing A/B tests)
• Taking Responsibility: You will create insightful ad-hoc reports for the management and product management/business intelligence team
• Product improvement: You will monitor and analyze our business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) to enhance our processes continuously
• Ensuring quality: You will conduct analyses (e.g. booking numbers and customer behavior) and statistical evaluations

Anforderungen

• Education: Ongoing university studies in a business, technical, or mathematical field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Global Business Management, Media & Communication Studies, Business & Engineering, Business Mathematics, Computer Science or similar)
• Practical Experience: Initial experience with large datasets and business intelligence tools (preferably Tableau) desireable
• Analytical and strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, structured and independent working style and a team-oriented mindset
• Digital Mindset: Strong interest in e-commerce and digital trends or first experience in the online sector is an advantage 
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, especially strong Excel skills
• Language skills: Business fluent in written and spoken English and good knowledge of German is an advantage
